The Knights of Columbus, Council 6624, St. Cloud-Kissimmee, awarded five scholarships of $1,000 each to deserving graduating seniors from Central Florida high schools and parishioners of churches in Osceola County.
Winners were judged according to academic accomplishments, family needs, services rendered to the community and to the Roman Catholic Church and the potential to achieve at college or vocational school.
Recipients of the Knights of Columbus Joseph Kro-kosz scholarships are: Nora Del Giudice, St. Cloud High School; Patrick Hernandez, Liberty High School; Kyle Christian Copeland, Professional and Technical High School; Garret Sanders, Harmony High School; and Jacob William Meyer, Bishop More High School.
