There's a full day of music ahead as the Van's Warped Tour arrives in Orlando Sunday.

The Warped Tour, with a slate of some 70 bands on seven stages, had been scheduled to play Firestone Amphitheater in downtown Orlando, but ticket demand caused the music show to move to the much larger Central Florida Fairgrounds. The Warped Tour played at the fairgrounds last year.

The music show featuring alternative bands usually doesn't feature headliner band types, but the schedule does include The All-American Rejects, Sum 41, Agent Orange and Alkaline Trio.

In addition to music, the Warped Tour is also an extreme sports festival. When it began in 1993, it was a showcase for punk rock music, but the tour now offers a diversity of genres.

Gates for the Orlando show open at 11 a.m. It begins at noon.

Tickets are available at Tickemaster outlets and online at www.ticketmaster.com and they will also be on sale at the fairgrounds. Original tickets purchased for the Firestone will be honored.  Refunds are available until July 24 at point of purchase for patrons unable to attend the festival at the Fairgrounds.

Tickets for the show are $32.70 but there is an additional $2 facility charge and $8 convenience charge from Ticketmaster.

Bands at the Warped Tour play an average of about 40 minutes, with the show wrapping up around 9 p.m.

Other tour highlights include a half pipe for skaters and bikers and many booths and tents for bands to sell merchandise, non-profit organizations. Many of the bands are available for autographs at the tents following a performance.

Some of this year's featured bands include:

Disco Curtis, who  recently released their video for their new single “Ashley,”  now in rotation on MTVU. Disco Curtis was t recently signed to MySpace/Interscope Records and debuted their music video for “Ashley” on MySpace racking in over 44,000 plays its first week.

Kelsey & The Chaos were named one of 100 Bands You Need to Know in 2009 by Alternative Press Magazine. Their song “Where We Are” was featured on the season finale of The Real World Brooklyn.

The band also performed at an MTV2 event in NewYork City in 2009.

The Summer Set is a power pop band from Arizona  and headlined  the closing celebration for the CBS College Sports Network's Alternative  Games in  San Diego's Wave House.  The competition and closing day were filmed for airing on CBS Sports in June and will featured The Summer Set's performance.
