Osceola County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested a St. Cloud man after he allegedly forced a boy to perform a lewd act on him.

Arrested was Joseph Andrew Collins, 22, of 5130 Pierre Ave., St. Cloud, after deputies took a report from a parent on July 9. The parent told deputies her 12-year-old son told her that Collins forced the juvenile to perform a lewd act when Collins was visiting their residence in St. Cloud. The family reported they had known Collins for approximately five years. The victim said he was swimming with Collins when the act occurred.

Detectives brought Collins in for an interview and he cooperated with investigators. Based on the information, Collins was arrested and charged with one count of lewd and lascivious battery and booked into the Osceola County Jail without bond.
