Resurfacing of roads in district 4
Osceola County Road and Bridge will be resurfacing various roads in district 4 and during this process there will be temporary lane closures with traffic delays, but no road closures. 
Motorists are urged to use caution when approaching these areas. Message boards will be in place to advise motorists of the upcoming projects. During the process, signs will be in place to alert motorists and flagmen will be present to route traffic. 
Projects include:
• Kings Highway milling and resurfacing will be Monday, July 12, through Friday, July 16, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.
• Neptune Road milling and resurfacing will be from Sunday, July 18, through Friday, July 30, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. Nighttime operations are scheduled in an effort to reduce the impact on the traveling public. This work is also scheduled in an effort to be completed before the beginning of the school year.

Aquatic center closed on July 22
The city of Kissimmee Makinson Aquatic Center will be closed to the public Thursday, July 22, due to a private event.
The Aquatic Center, at 2204 Denn John Lane, will re-open and resume regular business hours Friday, July 23.
