It was celebration time at the District 3 Little League All-Star tournament for the St. Cloud age 9-10 American All-Stars Tuesday as Hayden Hale (10) playfully grabs the cap of pitcher Alec Condon  after an 11-1 victory against Pine Castle at the South Orange complex.
