Career Awareness Day at St. Cloud Middle

Community residents are being invited to share information about their jobs during St. Cloud Middle School's fourth annual Career Awareness Day, Tuesday, July 13. It is being sponsored by the 21st Century Community Learning Program.
Career Day is vitally important for students to hear from and be inspired by successful role models from the local and surrounding communities. The goal is to provide students with the information concerning educational requirements and experiences that may be necessary in the pursuit of their dreams.
Career Day will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m. It will be a combination of both indoor presentations, with booths set up around the perimeter for children to visit; and outdoor activities, such as a helicopter and smoke safety house; as well as demonstrations by various guest agencies.
