Candidate forum July 13 for county seat 4 Around Osceola Wednesday, 07 July 2010 00:00 A candidate forum for district 4 County Commission seat will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, at the Barney Veal Center, 700 Generation Circle. The following candidates have qualified: Frank Attkisson, Joseph Colon, Melani Davis, Bob Healy Jr., Don Miers, Donny Shroyer and Mel Welch. This event is sponsored by the Osceola County Business & Taxpayers Association and all county residents are invited to hear and ask questions of the candidates.
