The Makinson Aquatic Center is at 2204 Denn John Lane in Kissimmee.

FB campers

Harmony Youth Football players Tristan Corbitt and Riley Nicholson have been invited to attend an Elite Football camp in Williamsburg, Va. later this month.

They are among 900 players from across the United States invited to the camp. Corbitt is an eighth grade wide receiver and Nicholson is a seventh-grade linebacker.

Kiss. Bay golf

Kissimmee Bay Country Club and Remington Golf Club are hosting Junior Summer Golf Camps through July.

Campers will receive personal instruction from PGA professionals. The camp focuses on fun just as much as it does golf instruction and etiquette.  Campers also will do crafts, learn how a cup on a green is made, play Tiger Woods Wii golf and watch movies.  Session 3 is scheduled for July 26-29 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, contact Ross LeDuc at Kissimmee Bay Country Club at 407-348-4653 or e-mail ross@kissimmeebaycc.com.

Celebration hoops

Celebration High Coach Jeff Bean will host the Storm Basketball Camp Aug. 2-4 from 9 a.m. to noon at the gym. The co-ed camp is for children in grades 1-8 for the 2010-11 school year. The fee is $70, which includes a daily snack and T-shirt.

To confirm a spot,  e-mail Bean at beanj@osceola.k12.fl.us. Registration forms are available at the high school’s website.
