The Osceola County Investigative Bureau arrested a Kissimmee woman Thursday for cultivation of marijuana after it busted a marijuana grow house.

Arrested was Vaitiare Aviles, 24, of 4316 Heliotrope Loop, Kissimmee. Serving a search warrant at her home, OCIB agents located an active marijuana grow house with 27 plants that were 5 to 6 feet tall inside the garage.

She was arrested and charged with cultivation of cannabis and theft of utilities and taken to the Osceola County Jail.

OCIB is a multi-agency task force comprised of Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies, St. Cloud Police Department officers and Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents who investigate vice, narcotics and organized crime. This is the ninth grow house OCIB has investigated this year.
