The Sheriff's Office has reported that Martinez was found in St. Petersburg late Tuesday evening. He was in good health.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office requests the public's help in finding a missing Poinciana man with Alzheimer's disease.

According to his family, Edwin Martinez, 74, left his residence at 1019 Derbyshire Court to drive to Walmart at 904 Cypress Parkway at about 9 p.m. Monday night. He has not returned home or made contact with his family.

Martinez is a white, 5-foot 3-inch, 100-pound male with brown eyes and glasses. He is balding with gray/white hair and tattoos on both arms. He is driving a white 2008 Jeep Cherokee with Florida tag number 423JHU.

Family members told deputies Martinez suffers from Alzheimer's and takes medication but does not have the medicine with him. A statewide Silver Alert has been issued.
