Osceola County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a Haines City teenager for robbing a pregnant woman in Vance Harmon Park in Poinciana last week.

Michael Tomlinson, 19, was arrested and charged with robbery by sudden snatching as well as aggravated battery after deputies pulled over his car.

The victim was walking in the park when a man approached her and asked for directions, she told deputies, who responded to the park at around 6:20 p.m. May 13.

Deputies stopped a vehicle matching the description a short time later and arrested Tomlinson, of 1218 Valencia Ave., based on information the victim provided.
