Osceola County Sheriff's Office detectives have released the name of the male victim, whose body was found in a ditch on Old Tampa Highway Tuesday.

They are are investigating the death of Angel Luis Pagan Jr., 39, of Winter Garden, as a homicide. The agency received a call around 6:49 p.m. Tuesday that there had been a possible hit and run on the highway, near State Road 532. When they arrived, they found a deceased male lying in a ditch.
