The Osceola County Investigative Bureau uncovered a marijuana grow house at 1750 Fern Court, south of Kissimmee, after serving a warrant at the address Tuesday.

Agents discovered three separate rooms with a total of 57 plants growing in different stages, from 1 to 6 feet. Yoarkys Nunez-Dominguez, 31, who lived at the home, was arrested for theft of utilities and cultivation of marijuana.

The warrant was served after agents received information about the possible grow house. In addition to the plants, agents found 16 pre-packaged bags of marijuana, weighing a half-pound each, and $8,000.
