A Poinciana man was arrested and charged with burglary Sunday after a woman spotted him running from her home.

At about 8:17 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a Royalty Court home in Poinciana. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with a witness who indicated she saw an unknown male hiding near the air conditioning unit at the house. When he saw her, the suspect, Joseph Fuentes, 35, 638 Royalty Court, Poinciana, ran south and jumped a fence.

As deputies were taking the report, the suspect was seen walking near the area. He was taken into custody without incident and cooperated with deputies. Based on the information, he was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and unoccupied burglary. Fuentes, who lives on the same street as the victim, was booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $6,000 bond.
