On Monday, Michael Rolfe, 33, of Kissimmee, pleaded guilty to the May 12 robbery of the Fifth Third Bank on Boggy Creek Road last year.

According to Kissimmee police reports, Rolfe walked into the branch at 2280 Boggy Creek Road and gave the teller a note that said he was robbing the bank, implying that he had a weapon. He fled with the money the teller handed over and no one was injured.

A witness followed Rolfe to the Grande Court Apartments on Boggy Creek Road, where he eventually was arrested.

An Osceola County judge sentenced Rolfe to five years in prison Monday after Rolfe pleaded guilty to robbery with a weapon.
