The Osceola County Sheriff's Office advises the public that two registered sexual predators have moved to the Carefree Inn, at 4900 W. U.S. Highway 192, west of Kissimmee.

Both Stephen Lester Quillen, 42, and Justin Erin McDowell, 27, are registered with the  Florida Department of Law Enforcement as sexual predators and reported their move to the Carefee Inn recently, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office reported.

McDowell was convicted of sexual battery on a juvenile under the age of 12 on Jan. 25, 2002. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Quillen was convicted of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under the age of 12 on Aug. 31, 2005 in Orange County. He is a white male, 6 feet 4 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
