A registered sexual offender was arrested Sunday for inappropriately touching a 6-year-old girl, who was the daughter of his girlfriend, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office reported.

The mother of the girl told deputies she didn't know that the man she was dating, 46-year-old Edward Donald Jones Jr., of St. Cloud, was a sexual offender. On April 15, she asked Jones to watch her daughter. Jones took the girl to his home.

The girl later told her mother that she awoke from a nap when Jones pulled her pants down and began touching her inappropriately. The mother reported the incident.

A warrant was issued for Jones' arrest, charging him with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12, lewd and lascivious exhibition, molestation and child abuse inflicting physical or mental injury.

Jones was booked into the Osceola County Jail. He was previously convicted of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under the age of 16 on June 8, 1999 in Pinellas County.

I guess Jackhole Jones hasn't learned his lesson. Back to prison you go...ha-ha.
