Osceola County Investigative Bureau agents served a search warrant at 3570 Fountainbleu Blvd. Thursday, where they recovered 32 four-foot marijuana plants and arrested the homeowners.

Juan Miguel Levy Rodriguez, 42, and Naiby Morejon-Martinez, 41, face cultivation of marijuana charges and theft of utilities for the grow house, which agents investigated after receiving a tip from the community.

The Department of Children and Families was notified because the couple's two children, ages 10 and 14, were at the house. Relatives plan to take custody of the children.

Agents also found illegal songbirds on the premises, prompting them to contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Rodriguez and Morejon-Martinez were booked into the Osceola County Jail.
