Three teenagers were arrested Wednesday for their involvement in a strong-arm robbery in Celebration on April 2, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office reported.

Kissimmee residents Randy Gonzalez, 18, Ramiro Diaz Vargas, 18, and Osneiwer Gomez, 17, are charged with one count of robbery, grand theft and battery each.

The investigation began when deputies responded to the robbery at 650 Campus St. at 10:22 April 2. The victim told investigators she was walking toward the parking lot when a man took her purse, knocked her to the ground and fled into the nearby woods.

Detectives were able to obtain information that led to Gonzalez, Diaz Vargas and Gomez. All were taken to the Osceola County Juvenile Detention Center.
