Three local wrestlers, St. Cloud’s Frank Cousins and Osceola High’s  Pete  Baldwin and Levi Clemons, all earned All-America honors at separate national tournaments recently.
Baldwin competed at the first Flo wrestling FloNationals tournament at Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, where he placed second at 140 pounds.
Baldwin won three matches and defeated two nationally-ranked wrestlers before falling in the final to James Green of New Jersey, 6-5.
Baldwin, a junior, is a 2008 state champion and a two-time state runner-up.
Cousins and Clemons competed at the NSC Senior Nationals at Virginia Beach, Va., along with Osceola’s Gabe Bird.
Clemons, a two-time state champion, placed eighth at 171 pounds to become the third Kowboy to finish his career as an All-American. Clemons, who will attend the University of Tennessee-Chatanooga, won a USA Wrestling Greco-Roman national championship two years ago.
Cousins, like Clemons a two-time state champion, placed sixth at 160 pounds after rebounding from a loss in the quarterfinal round.
Bird, the Class 3A runner-up at 152 pounds, just missed the medal round. He will continue his career at Liberty University.
