St. Cloud Mayor Donna Hart was recently recognized as the Osceola School District Secondary Counselor of the Year.
Hart is a career and college counselor for Professional and Technical High School (PATHS) and The Osceola County School for the Arts.
She was selected by her peers as a top-notch school counselor for possessing the qualities desired in a counselor and for performing an outstanding service to the school and community.
PATHS Principal Peter Hodges presented Hart with a bouquet of flowers during a surprise visit to announce Hart’s selection as secondary counselor of the year.
