Mayor selected as Counselor of Year Around Osceola Thursday, 01 April 2010 07:31 St. Cloud Mayor Donna Hart was recently recognized as the Osceola School District Secondary Counselor of the Year. Hart is a career and college counselor for Professional and Technical High School (PATHS) and The Osceola County School for the Arts. She was selected by her peers as a top-notch school counselor for possessing the qualities desired in a counselor and for performing an outstanding service to the school and community.
