Three men were arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine after they reportedly let Osceola County Investigative Bureau agents into an apartment where their active lab was set up Wednesday.

James Harley Arnold, 29, and registered felons John Roy Queen, 49, and Edward Knoebel, 33, were arrested that night. The St. Cloud Police Department first reported the possible meth lab to agents at 9:52 p.m. that night.

Agents knocked on the door of apartment D at 1223 11th St. in St. Cloud. Arnold answered the door and allowed them into the apartment, where agents found the active meth lab. The apartment and adjoining apartments were immediately evacuated as a precaution, though residents were allowed back in their apartments a short time later.

All three suspects were taken into custody and eventually charged with manufacturing meth and possession of listed chemicals. Arnold, Knoebel, a transient, and Queen, of 9050 Salem Road, St. Cloud, were booked into Osceola County Jail.
