Terry Manley, the 46-year-old driver who was shot on Bay Street in Kissimmee the night of March 7, has died from his injuries.

The Kissimmee Police Department has ruled the shooting at 1121 Bay Street a homicide.

Detectives at the time were not able to find any witnesses and obtained only limited information from the victim before he was airlifted to a local hospital, shortly after police responded to the scene at 9:30 p.m. that night.
