Girls soccer: Harmony High (3.408).
Boys basketball: Celebration High (3.001).
Girls basketball: Gateway High (3.308).
Wrestling: Osceola High (3.420).
Girls weightlifting: Celebration High (3.293).
Competitive Cheerleading: Osceola High (3.425).
Teams earning the highest grade point average in each sport from Osceola County’s  high schools will be presented a certificate at a School Board meeting. The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA), also recognizes the academic champions.
“I am proud to recognize these student athletes for their teamwork not only in competition, but in the classroom as well,” Superintendent Dr. Michael A. Grego said.
“Their success both on and off the playing field speaks to the high standards we have set for our students and the motivation they have to achieve.”
