The Osceola County Sheriff's Office advises the public that registered sexual predator Justin Erin McDowell, 27, has moved to a new address.

McDowell, convicted of sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12 on Jan. 25, 2002, now lives at 2550 W. U.S. Highway 192. He is a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall who weighs 165 pounds; he has brown hair and hazel eyes.
