The 25-year-old Palm Bay man arrested in connection with the human remains found in the Bull Creek Wildlife Management Preserve was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon Friday.

Christopher Graham was first arrested Feb. 16, charged with abuse of a dead human body, identified as 22-year-old Andrew Johnson, and tampering with evidence.

Graham has been in the Osceola County Jail on no bond since then.

Osceola County Sheriff's Office detectives added the aggravated assault charge Friday, along with accessory after the fact.

In early February, detectives found the human remains near Crabgrass Road in the preserve, which is outside of Holopaw. The body was identified as Johnson.
Detectives are not releasing specific details about the case, but have confirmed Graham's involvement. Additional charges are pending.
