Kissimmee police arrested a former Kangaroo Express manager who reportedly stole more than $11,000 worth of lottery scratch-off tickets.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Jacquelin Mesha Gotto, 52, for grand theft. She was the manager of the Kangaroo Express at 1700 N. Thacker Ave., in Kissimmee. An internal investigation revealed Gotto's theft of the lottery tickets.

Gotto turned herself into the Kissimmee Police Department Friday. She was booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
