The city of St. Cloud Community Redevelopment Agency has selected the winning entry for its logo design contest that ended Jan. 8, and the winner is city planner Dale Cozeck, who presented the logo on behalf of the city’s planning and zoning staff. Five entries and the staff concept were submitted for consideration and agency board members selected the winning logo Jan. 21. The contest was open to amateur and professional illustrators of all ages who live, work, own property or go to a school in the city.

The $500 contest prize goes back into the agency budget because the winning logo was designed by a city employee, who was not eligible for the prize money.

The winning logo design illustrates the three districts of the CRA and will serve as a visual identity for the agency.
