Two teenagers are accused of the burglaries of 14 homes and vehicles that first started on Jan. 15 in St. Cloud Manor, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office reported.

Residents near Kaiser and Rambler avenues, an area known as St. Cloud Manor, noticed several burglaries first on Jan. 15 and then again on Jan. 16 and 17. On Jan. 19, residents on Hixon Avenue reported similar crimes.

Working off of a tip, detectives with the properties crime east unit conducted an undercover investigation Jan. 19. They identified 18-year-old Patrick Grimsley, of 4040 Kaiser Ave. in St. Cloud, and a 15-year-old juvenile who has not been named, as the burglary suspects.

Detectives arrested Grimsley for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Jan. 20, later charging him with armed burglary, burglary of a vehicle and grand theft. Charges are pending against the juvenile.

During their investigation, detectives recovered more than $14,000 in stolen property, which was returned to the victims.
