Rolando Fuentes-Alago, 67, of St. Cloud, was arrested last month after a 13-year-old girl told authorities that she had been raped and molested several times by him.

Fuentes-Alago first began touching her inappropriately when she was 8-years-old and left alone with him, according to a Kissimmee Police Department report.

During that time, she and her family, including Fuentes-Alago, went on a trip to Puerto Rico, during which he raped her and her 8-year-old cousin, she told police.

Later, when she was 10, she and Fuentes-Alago went bike riding in her Kissimmee neighborhood. During the ride, her led her into a wooded area near her home and ordered her to give him oral sex. The girl also said that at least three times Fuentes-Alago forced her to have sex with him at his home, at 4214 Floating Orchid, in St. Cloud.

The girl told her teacher on Dec. 8 at Denn John Middle School she had been sexually abused, prompting the investigation. The girl's mother suspected Fuentes-Alago of abuse and asked her daughter about it in 2007, but she denied it because she felt disgusted, she told police.

Police departments in both St. Cloud and Puerto Rico are investigating the incidents in their jurisdictions. Kissimmee police obtained a warrant for Fuentes-Alago’s arrest for one count of sexual battery. He was arrested by St. Cloud police Dec. 28.
