MILLER - Phyllis J. Miller, 87, a resident of Kissimmee, FL died at 4:21 pm Friday, November 13, 2009 at her residence. Phyllis was born May 23, 1922 on a farm north of Greentown, IN the daughter of Raymond Isaac and Susie Glenn (Snyder) Hill.  On November 28, 1942 she married Chester Wright Jr. of Greentown who preceded her in death June 2, 1984.  Phyllis graduated from Union Twp. School in 1941, and retired from General Motors in October of 1982.  She was a 63 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 193.  Phyllis was a member of the New Salem Friends Church and a member of the First Christian Church of Kissimmee, FL where she and her husband attend.  On September 28, 1987 she married Robert E. Miller of Kokomo, IN and in 1990 they moved to Kissimmee full time.  
Survivors include her husband Robert E. Miller of Kissimmee; Son Conrad C. Wright of Greentown, Step-children Dale (Marsha) Miller of Leesburg, FL; Bryan (Kelly) Miller of St. Cloud, FL; Linda (Dick) Tate of Spring City, TN: 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grand children; brothers Robert E. Hill, Kokomo, IN; Charles (Shirley) Hill of Greentown, IN; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Chester Wright Jr., a daughter Kitty Kay in March of 1945, granddaughter Caila Colleen Wright in October 1983, sisters, Clarabelle Mart of Converse, Betty Jo Off of Kokomo, brother James Hill of Greentown and sisters-in-law Anna Hill of Greentown and June E. Hill of Kokomo.  
Friends may call from 11 am to 1 pm Monday, November 23, 2009 at the First Christian Church, Kissimmee where funeral services will be held at 1 pm with Ross C. Pepper, Minister officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Greentown, IN.  Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice or The First Christian Church, Kissimmee.  Condolences may be left at www.beyersfuneralhome.com .  Beyers Funeral Home & Crematory, Leesburg is entrusted with the arrangements.

CHIAVINI - Everett L. “Pop” Chiavini, 77, a Master Carpenter and Cabinet Maker of St. Cloud, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2009 at his residence.
Everett was born in Peoria, Illinois the son of the late Edward and Erma (Bibilogo) Chiavini. He and his family moved to St. Cloud in 1980 from Peoria, IL. He was a member of the Senior Softball League and Northeast Christian Church.
Everett is survived by Barbara, his loving wife of 56 years; children, Steve (Caren), Cindy and Scott (Cindy); grandchildren, Steven, Shawn, Tyler, Angie, Brandon, Brittany and Aaron; great grandchildren, Kalli, Nathan, Dylan, Hayden and Jonas; and sister-in-law, Rita Chiavini.
A Celebration of Life  Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at Northeast Christian Church, 2885 Partin Settlement Road, Kissimmee. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to Cornerstone Hospice, 108 West American Street, Orlando, FL 32801. MUTTER - Roger S. Mutter, 82, of Kissimmee, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009.
He was born in Buchanan County, Virginia and moved to Kissimmee in 1982 from Springfield, Ohio. He retired from International Harvester, was as a manager of Melody Drive-in Theater, a member of the Retired Sheriff’s Association, a Union Steward, an avid mushroom hunter, and a connoisseur of bluegrass music. He was a Protestant by faith and a  Veteran of the U.S. Navy   during WWII.
Roger is survived by his son, Mark Mutter of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughters, Saundra Espich of Vandalia, Ohio and Joyce Lawson of San Antonio, Texas; brothers, Elton Mutter of  Mulberry, Florida, Jack and Buck Mutter of Cocoa Beach, Florida; sisters, Martha Biggs and Mary Lou Tedder, both of Cocoa Beach, Florida;  2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Roger was preceded in death by his wife Wilma and brothers, Walter B., F.C., John H. Jr., Willard, Charlie and Raymond.

MATHIS - Mrs. Shizue Mathis, 79, of Saint Cloud passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2009.
She was the wife of the late George D. Mathis, Jr. Shizue was born in Hawi, Hawaii on December 23, 1929, the daughter of the late Takeo and Kinu (Oishi) Yamasaki. She was a homemaker and was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Shizue is survived by a daughter, Linda Mathis of St. Cloud, FL and a son, George A. (Sandra) Mathis of St. Cloud, FL. Shizue is also survived by seven sisters, Lillian Shim of San Francisco, CA, Carol Lapier of Honolulu, HI, Masaye Hayes of Redwood City, CA, Eunice Kawamoto of Hawi, HI, Marily Huff of San Diego, CA, and Dorothy Cambra of Hawi, HI; three brothers, Rodney Yamasaki of Honolulu, HI, Albert Yamasaki of Hawi, HI and Wayne (Arlene) Yamasaki of Honolulu, HI. Also surviving are three grandchildren, George A. (Rebecca) Mathis, Jr., Jennifer Shumbera and Kristen (Michael) Shadle; great grandchildren, Ethan, Elijah and Emmerson Shumbera and Callie Shadle.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, November 27, 2009 at the Fisk Funeral Home. Religious Services will be held at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, St. Cloud, Florida, at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 28, 2009 with interment to follow in Mt. Peace Cemetery, St. Cloud, Florida. Arrangements under the direction of Fisk Funeral Home, 1107-1111 Massachusetts Avenue, St. Cloud, Florida 34769. (407)892-2155
