BOVIS - H. Eugene Bovis, of Fairfax, VA., passed away on July 22, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Beatrice Wilfong  Bovis. Loving father of Henry Eugene Bovis, Jr. Dear brother of the late Ruth. Devoted companion of Sally Burdick. Also survived by his nieces and nephews; Pam, Gina, and Jeff. The family will receive friends a the Everly Funeral Home, 10565 Main Street, Fairfax, VA. 22030 on Friday, July 31, 2009 from 6-8 PM where funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 Noon.  Interment will follow at Fairfax City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Hospice.

CRAFT - Mr. Ronald Lee Craft, Sr., 72, Saint Cloud, passed away Thursday, July 30th, 2009.  He was the husband of Nora (Butts) Craft.  Ronald was born in Ripley, WV on March 2, 1937, the son of the late Perry Cecil and Leatha (Parson) Craft.
Ronald is survived by two sons, David, husband of Debra Craft of St. Cloud, FL, and Ronald Craft, Jr. of Orlando, FL; four sisters, Mazie Carnes of San Albins, WV, Myrtle Reed of Ormond Beach, FL, Mary Persinger of Middlesex, NC, and Macel, wife of John Jonosh of Paisley, FL; two brothers, Roger, husband of Ann Craft of Carolton, GA; Ray, husband of Sandy Craft of Apopka, FL. 
The family will receive  friends from 5-8 PM Sunday, August 2, 2009.  Religious Services will be held at Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home, St. Cloud, FL at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 3, 2009 with Clarence J. Chestnutt from the Church of God officiating.  Interment will be at Mt. Peace Cemetery, St. Cloud.

PECHACEK -Theresa J. Pechacek, 48, passed away July 27, 2009 in Ocala.  Born in Miami, FL she was a lifelong resident of Florida.
She is survived by her father, Thomas J. Pechacek of Melbourne; sister, Yvonne Davis and brother-in-law, James B. Davis of Ocala; niece, Terrie L. Hussey of Cocoa and nephew, David C. Hussey of Grand Prairie, TX.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2009 in Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel, after which she will be interred next to her mother.
The family acknowledges with grateful appreciation the wonderful and dedicated staff of ARC of Marion County who serves the developmentally challenged in all aspects of their lives.  They are truly a blessing for those with special needs.  Heartfelt appreciation and thanks are also extended to the staff of Estelle’s House of Hospice of Marion, FL, for the tender care given to this very special angel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of Marion or ARC of Marion.

PENCE-  Leslie (Les) Maurice Pence, age 70, of Sebring, FL, died July 18, 2009.
A former resident of Kissimmee, FL, he recently moved to Sebring, FL.  He was born in Norman, OK and is a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving as a weather observer.  Leslie retired from McCrory’s Department Stores.  He was associate manager in Plant City, FL. In 1967, he was promoted to manager of the Kissimmee location. He also served as manager of Belle Glade, Orlando, Winter Garden and Ft. Pierce.
Since his retirement, he worked preparing tax returns, owned a golf cart business and enjoyed wood crafting.   
Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Clauzell (Hunt) Pence and his sister, June Madden. He is survived by his loving family: wife, Bertha Pence, Sebring, FL; daughters, Amy (Mike) Bruce, MI; Deborah (Clay) Overstreet, Lorida, FL; Vicki (Mark) Mizrahi, St. Cloud, FL; his brothers, Gerald, Merrill, Kenneth, Travis, Wyatt and Phillip, all residing out of state; grandchildren, Cody Dublonsky, Ricky Pence, Jennifer Bruce, Sara Bruce, Cole Overstreet and Christa Mizrahi.
Military Honors will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
