Kissimmee Police Department detectives arrested two people on Friday for the robbery of a pizza deliveryman.

On Dec. 31, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Kissimmee police officers responded to 2030 Cascades Blvd., unit 307, in reference to an armed robbery of a Domino’s Pizza delivery person.

The victim told officers he received a delivery order to go to 2030 Cascades Blvd., unit 304.  When he arrived at the location, he was directed by a female suspect to go to unit 307 where her mother would pay for the pizza.  The victim arrived at unit 307 where two males who were armed with handguns met him.  The male suspects forced the victim into the location where his personal items were taken from him.  The suspects fled the scene.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives were able to identify Amanda Isley, 21, as the female who instructed the delivery person to unit 307 and Brian Tavarez, 19, as one of the armed suspects that robbed the victim.

Detectives arrested Isley and Tavarez on Friday and charged them with armed robbery with a firearm, conspiracy to commit armed robbery with a firearm, grand theft and conspiracy to commit grand theft.  They were taken to the Osceola County Jail on a $6,000 bond.

This remains an ongoing investigation as detectives work to identify the third suspect.
