Kissimmee police detectives are looking for a suspect who robbed the Bravo Supermarket on New Year’s Day.

On Jan. 1 at approximately 8 a.m., officers responded to the Bravo Supermarket at 2618 Boggy Creek Road in Kissimmee in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred.  

Officers learned that a Hispanic male entered the business shortly after it opened and immediately approached the customer service counter. The suspect showed the employee a handgun that he had tucked into his waistband and demanded money.  The suspect then took an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store. No one was injured during the incident.

A check of surveillance video showed a gray or silver colored Nissan Murano circle the parking lot prior to the robbery. Detectives believe the suspect drove or was driven to the location in the vehicle then fled the area in the same vehicle.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between 5 feet 9 and 5 feet 11 inches tall, 26 to 30 years old with facial stubble. He also wore a gray horizontal stripped hooded sweatshirt/jacket, light colored shirt, red brimmed baseball hat and dark colored pants and large black aviator style sunglasses.
