From cheerleaders to car collectors, rodeos to rock bands, amateur sports to the county fair, Osceola Heritage Park consistently fills our area with huge crowds.

Year after year OHP plays host to a wide variety of events.  Last year a leading industry magazine, Venues Today, recognized Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park as one of the top five highest grossing venues of it size in Florida.  The economic impact of OHP continues to generate many positives in Osceola County.

The size of the property is impressive.  Osceola Heritage Park is a 120-acre entertainment complex, which includes the 10,500-seat Silver Spurs Arena, 60,000-square foot Exhibition Building, Osceola County Stadium (home of the Houston Astros Spring Training,) University of Florida Extension Services, United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) headquarters and the KVLS Pavilion.  If you have not been through the facility, we encourage you to do so.

Beyond the financial impact, area residents have a terrific “local” option to attend the always-expanding list of events close to home.  In the coming weeks, the incredibly popular Mecum Auto Auction will arrive.  If you’ve not been to this show, it’s a must see.  The enormous crowd this event attracts will no doubt have the overflow parking lots filled. Once the cars move out, 250 cheerleading squads will arrive for a regional competition, followed by the incredibly popular Silver Spurs Rodeo and County Fair.  No time to rest, Jeff Dunham arrives on Feb. 21 with his troupe of cohorts.  Dunham’s world tour “Disorderly Conduct” is sure to be one of the highlights of 2013 at OHP.  These are just a few of the upcoming highlights (the Harlem Globetrotters will arrive on March 5. We encourage you to view all upcoming events at www.ohpark.com, and check back frequently as the website is updated regularly.

We applaud the efforts of Robb Larson, general manager, and Rich Mastroberte, director of Sales and Marketing, for leading the efforts at OHP.  Both Robb and Rich attribute the success of the facility to the talented and dedicated staff.

Keep up the great work!
