The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is still seeking a Kissimmee man for his role in a home robbery after apprehending two other subjects in the crime.

On Thursday at approximately 1:18 p.m., deputies responded to a Quemar Court home in Kissimmee, where a victim said she was home when a neighbor came to the door and asked for money to purchase alcohol. She refused and he became upset and left, saying he would return, Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Twis Lizasuain said.

Several minutes later, the neighbor, identified as Rafael Feliciano, 33, of 2493 Quemar Court, Kissimmee, returned with a transient, Angel Luis Gonzalez-Santiago, 37, and Gustavo Rivera, 36, of 1811 Snapper Drive, Kissimmee. They entered the home and Feliciano placed a knife to her side and demanded cash. Another suspect was armed with a handgun. The suspects left the residence with an undisclosed amount of money.

Deputies located Santiago and Rivera in the parking lot of a nearby Publix on U.S. Highway 192, arrested them and charged them with armed robbery. Rivera also was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, driving while license suspended and resisting with violence. A felony warrant was obtained for Feliciano, who is still at large.
