The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged a woman with child neglect Sunday after her children were found walking around unsupervised.

At approximately 6:45 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff's deputies responded to a home on Spaceport Court in Kissimmee. Upon arrival, they spoke with an employee with the Fantasy World Vacation Villas who said they had a report that two children, ages 2 and 5, were walking around without parental supervision.

When deputies began to investigate, they located the children's mother, Farah Mansoor, 40, in the parking lot of the resort. Mansoor first told deputies that she left the children unattended at the residence while she took a shower and then took a walk knowing the children were unsupervised in the residence. She then said she went to buy pizza but then later changed her story several times.

Based on the information she provided, Mansoor was arrested and charged with child neglect. Deputies notified the Department of Children and Families to investigate further. Mansoor was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
