A 21-year-old Kissimmee man was arrested by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday for inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl.

On Tuesday at approximately 8:13 p.m., Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a home on Halifax Drive in Kissimmee.

Upon arrival, deputies met with the father of the victim who said Howard Frazier, an acquaintance of the family, had inappropriately touched his daughter. The 13-year-old victim said Frazier, 21, told her he was 17-years-old, Sheriff’s Office reports said. They were in the master bedroom of the home when Frazier began inappropriately touching her. Deputies spoke with Frazier who cooperated with the investigation and told detectives he knew the victim was 13-years-old.

Based on the information, Frazier was arrested for lewd and lascivious molestation and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
