OCIB agents served a search warrant at 57 Trotters Circle, where they found 57 marijuana plants in four separate rooms inside the residence that ranged from six inches to five feet tall.

Denis Proenza, 31, was arrested and charges are pending for Loida Montalvo Quinones, 26, both of whom live at the residence.

Proenza is being charged with cultivation of cannabis, theft of utilities, grand theft, trafficking in cannabis greater than 25 pounds and renting a structure with the intent to manufacture or cultivate a controlled substance. Montalvo has identical charges pending against her.

The investigation is on-going at this time, which may lead to additional arrests and charges.

The Osceola County Investigative Bureau is a multi-agency task force comprised of Osceola County Sheriff's deputies, Kissimmee Police Department officers, St. Cloud Police Department officers and Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents who investigate vice, narcotics and organized crime.
