Sheriff's deputies searching for 7-Eleven robbery suspect PDF Print E-mail

Osceola County Sheriff's detectives need the public's help in identifying a convenience store robbery suspect.

The investigation began Wednesday at approximately 4:00 a.m. when deputies responded to on 7-Eleven at 2653 Boggy Creek Road in Kissimmee just east of Buenaventura Lakes.

Deputies spoke with the store employee who said a Hispanic male entered the store, implied he had a handgun and demanded money. He fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Deputies with the assistance of aviation and K-9 searched the area but did not locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male approximately 5 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 9 inches tall and weighing between 150 to 180 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000.
