Eight arrested in theme park ticket sale sting PDF Print E-mail

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Department has arrested eight individuals in Kissimmee in connection with a ticket park ticket scheme in the county.

The individuals, including Kissimmee and Poinciana residents, were arrested and charged with resale of multi-day theme park tickets as part of a multi-day undercover operation conducted by the Osceola Sheriff’s Tourist Policing Unit and Community Response Team West.

 

All of the arrests were made at businesses along U.S. Highway 192.  Detectives recovered 471 theme park tickets and recovered more than $2,168 in cash.

David Amicone, 25, 8603 Tudor Court, Kissimmee, and David Cruzado, 24, 605 Koala Court, Kissimmee, were arrested at 2979 Vineland Road, and were also charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

Else Delgado, 25, 1152 South Beach Circle, Kissimmee, and Mariela Chavez-Herrera, 24, 4316 Paradise Cove, Kissimmee, were arrested at 5807 W. U.S. Highway 192.

Ronnie Montgomery 23, no address available, Tamira Bacote, 38, and Derek Bcaote, 106 Brixam Court, Poinciana, were arrested at 5771 W. U.S. Highway 192.

Jeremy Bennett, 39 6715 Mission Club, Orlando, was arrested at 7805 W. U.S. Highway 192.

The eight were all booked into the Osceola County Jail.
