A 25-year-old Kissimmee man is being held in the Osceola County Jail on more than a $1 million bond  after the Osceola County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged him Thursday with 240 counts of unlawful sexual acts with a minor after admitting to having sex twice a day with a 16-year-old girl.

According to Sheriff's Office reports, deputies responded to the Amber Inn motel, 4624 U.S. Highway 192, Kissimmee, over a tresspass call. The hotel manager said he was  arguing with Charlie Vazquez, 25, who lived at the Oasis Inn, 4736 W. U.S. Highway 192, Kissimmee, and a 16-year-old female juvenile with him, over a pit bull dog he brought on the property.

When they were told to leave the property, they returned to Vazquez's home. According to the report, when deputies made contact with them, the teen said she had been emanicipated in Orange County since February and that she and Vasquez "have unprotected sexual intercourse twice a day every day since February."

Vasquez admitted the same fact during a Sheriff's Office interview, reports stated.

Because Vasquez is older than 24 and having sex with a 16 year old girl, a violation of state law according to the report, he was charged with 240 counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $5,000 bond for each count, making it more than $1 million.
