With I’ll Have Another scratched from the Belmont Stakes (and any chance of a Triple Crown winner), I guess there goes the weekend.

And now it is all dark and stormy looking over Central Florida this afternoon as well. I am drowning my sorrows at the office with a bag of Uncle Ray’s “Beyond Good” potato chips.  There is even a picture of Uncle Ray on the bag  so they must be good.

If you don’t have a bag of Uncle Ray’s and are looking for something to do tonight, you might want to head on up to the Maitland Art & History Museum’s music event. You won’t even get wet since they have moved the concert indoors to the Germaine Marvel Building (201 W. Packwood Ave.)

The musical guest is The Mud  Flappers. (They sound like they are ready for rain).

You can purchase food from the Gator Country BBQ Food Truck. And there will be literary readings by Maitland Poets & Writers, and
a bar for beer, wine and soft drinks. You can also be one of the first to see the new exhibition, A Day in the Life of the Research Studio, held at the Main Galleries.

$3 gets you in the door. A&H Members get in FREE. It starts at 7 p.m.

If you are feeling more adventurous Saturday night is the Orlando Pub Crawl, somewhat scarily called “The Get Leid’d Luau.” That means it has an Hawaiian theme.

The drinking tour of downtown bars begins at 8 p.m. and ends at midnight. It starts at Wai Tiki, 26 Wall St. Cost is $12 advance.$15 at the door. Go to Orlandopubcrawl.com for more info.

If you are old enough to know who Flo and Eddie are, well yes you are old. They were also the main guys from The Turtles (So Happy Together etc.).

They will be in Orlando Tuesday night at The Plaza (425 N. Bumby) as par of the Happy Together Tour, a reunion featuring those two guys, plus Micky Dolenz, Gary Puckett, The Buckinghams and The Grass Roots.

Tickets are $35-$55. Go to plazaliveorlando.com.

You can have dinner and a Broadway show (of sorts) at the Osceola Center for the Arts Saturday night as The Center Singers present an evening of songs from the silver screen, with dinner from downtown Kissimmee’s Signature by the Lake. The $30 ticket includes dinner and music. Call 407 846-6257 for more information. It starts at 6 p.m.

Upcoming: The ladies might want to check out the Orlando City Soccer Foundation Ladies Night at Blue Martini June 19. The $25 ticket gets you an introductory drink, appetizers, Orlando City Goodie Bag and a special edition tank top.

The idea is to learn the basics of the game of soccer, but you  may not even need an interest in soccer judging by the photo of the shirtless guy in the email.  You can get your ticket at 407-478-3979.

And if you have HBO, you can just stay home and watch the premiere of  season five of True Blood Sunday night. I just might do that now that Game of Thrones is done for the season.

Speaking of done, the bag of Uncle Ray’s is gone.  And I’m outta here.
