Thunder baseball

The Osceola Thunder travel baseball program will hold tryouts at Osceola High June 9.

Tryout schedule: 11-U, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.; 12-U, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 13-U, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.; 14-U, 4 to 6 p.m.

Players must provide a birth certificate copy and a utility bill with a current address.

FCC hoops camp

The Florida Christian College boys basketball summer camp is June 11-15.

Boys ages 8-12 attend from 9 a.m. to noon; ages 13-18 attend from 1 to 4 p.m. The fee is $60.

Palmi volleyball camp

Osceola High Volleyball Coach Carrie Palmi, is hosting her annual summer volleyball camp June 27-29 (Wednesday through Friday) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the OHS gym,

The camp is open to children ages 7 and over.

The $80 fee includes a camp T-shirt.

Top Gun camp

The Top Gun basketball shooting camp for children in grades 4-12 is June 18-22 from 8 a.m. to noon at St. Cloud High.

The fee is $75 and includes a T-shirt.

Players will be grouped by gender. Top Gun is the longest-running basketball camp in Osceola County, founded 28 years ago by former St. Cloud High Coach Tim McMullen.

Most of the county’s all-time leading scorers participated at the camp.
