The Kissimmee Public Works & Engineering Department is recognizing National Public Works Week until Friday.

The City Commission presented staff with a proclamation, during at Tuesday’s City Commission meeting in recognition of National Public Works Week, which began Monday.

Additionally, each of the department’s divisions: Engineering & Construction, Traffic Operations, Stormwater, Sanitation, Streets and Sidewalks, and the Weld Shop set up displays in the first floor lobby of Kissimmee City Hall, located at 101 N. Church Street.

The exhibit will be open until Friday at 2 p.m., showcasing photos of projects and a variety of informational brochures.
