Kowboys win 7th straight, 29-14 PDF Print E-mail

Osceola, using backup quarterback Deshawn Congreves, beat South Lake, 29-14, Thursday for its seventh straight win.

 

Congreves, filling in for Kieron Williams, who injured his foot in pregame warmups, threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to Daequan Harrison in the second period, lifting the Kowboys, 9-1, to a 22-7 halftime lead.

Stafon McCray ran 29 yards for a touchdown, and Devontae Small scored on a 14-yard run in the first quarter. Reggie Hall scored from the 13 in the third quarter.
