Dog days ahead at Osceola Heritage Park

It will be a busy fall at Osceola Heritage Park with everything from leaping dogs and lizards, cheerleading competitions and concerts featuring Tone Loc and the C+C Music factory.

It kicks off this weekend with the Dog Agility Competition of Florida, Saturday and Sunday. This is a state-wide agility team competition that generally follows AKC rules.

Coming Sept. 30-Oct. 1 is the return of the Orlando/Kissimmee Mystic Faire. Mystic Faires promote education and awareness of the psychic world, holistic health, natural healing, spirituality and more. The Mystic Fair brings together psychics, spiritual counselors, retailers, alternative health practitioners and vendors all in one place. Vendors include aromatherapy, crystals, health and nutrition and more.

The event starts at 10:30 a.m., Saturday and 11:30 a.m., Sunday.

Ticket prices are $7 for a day pass, $10 for a weekend pass. Under 2 are admitted free. It will be held at the OHP Exhibition building. Tickets are sold at the door. Free parking.

It’s getting close to Halloween and OHP is ready with the Southern Bully Bash Halloween Show, Oct. 21 in the Exhibition Building. Sponsored by the American Bully Kennel Club, this is a multi-breed dog show that also includes trick-or-treating for kids and a costume contest.

Ticket prices are $20 per person, children 12 and under are free. Dogs also are admitted free. (One dog per person only). Parking is $7. Doors open at 10 a.m. Call 772-626-3825 for more information.

Repticon Kissimmee arrives Oct. 21-22 in the Exhibition Building.

This latest show in the national Repticon series brings all the excitement of thousands of reptiles and other exotic animals to the herpetological enthusiasts and animal lovers in the Kissimmee area. The event will include prize raffles, seminars and more.

Show hours start at 10 a.m. both days. Tickets are $10 for adults, 13 and over, $5. Children ages 4 and under are admitted free. Parking is $7.

Osceola Heritage Park will host two cheer competitions in October.

Tiny Mite/Mitey Mite Cheer Exhibition will be held Oct. 22 in the Silver Spurs Arena. Tiny Mite/Mitey Mite Cheer Exhibition consists of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers and stunting. The athletes’ involved in this division range from age 5 to 9. Tickets sold at the door. For more information, visit

Mid Florida Pop Warner Cheer Competition will be held Oct. 28, also in the arena. The Mid Florida Pop Warner Cheer competition showcases cheerleaders ages 7-15, Jr Pee Wee Division, Pee Wee Division, Jr Midget Division, Midget Division. Tickets sold at the door. For more information, visit

Puerto Rican comedian Molusco arrives Nov. 4 in the Silver Spurs Arena. Note: The show was rescheduled from a September date, after Hurricane Irma.

Molusco Esta Apaga’o will be in the Silver Spurs Arena. The show is performed in Spanish. Must be 18 or older to attend. For more information and tickets, visit

Finally, on Nov. 11 is the Totally 90’s Tour.

Osceola Heritage Park goes back to the 1990’s with this show featuring Tone Loc with the hit “Funky Cold Medina”, Montell Jordan with “This Is How We Do It”, C+C Music Factory with their smash hit “Everybody Dance Now” and many more.
