One of Osceola County’s most unusual events, Dine with the Departed, returns to Rose Hill Cemetery in Kissimmee on March 18.

Tickets are available now for this graveside dinner that lets guests meet with some of Osceola County’s most influential residents from the past. Residents are portrayed by volunteers from the Osceola County Historical Society who will talk about their real-life stories.

Sponsored by Gatorland, Dine with the Departed includes dinner, silent and live auction items and lantern-lit tours through the cemetery to meet and hear those stories from the past.

The event is from 6 to 9 p.m.

Individual tickets for Dine with the Departed are $75 and it includes the catered dinner and open bar. Corporate tables for 10 guests are $750 and it includes dinner and open bar plus special recognition at the event.

For questions and more information about the Dine with the Departed, contact Rachel McIntee at 407-396-8644, Ext. 3 or visit Osceolahistory.org.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Osceola Country Historical Society’s educational programs and efforts to preserve some of the county’s oldest structures and artifacts.
