Detectives searching for armed robbery suspect

Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives are searching for a man that robbed a Kissimmee restaurant early Thursday morning.

Deputies responded to the Denny’s restaurant at 840 Cypress parkway in Poinciana at 5:30 a.m. Employees told them that an unidentified male entered the restaurant and demanded money at gunpoint. He tied up three employees and fled the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time and no employees were hurt.

The robber was described as a thin-built male who was wearing dark clothing and a ski mask.
